22 Stories A Day

No, I am not talking about how many books we read to the kids…

Here’s some good stuff about living on the 11th floor:

  • away from the noise of the street (a little)
  • nice view
  • get to meet 10 floors worth of neighbors on the elevator

And the bad?

  • If the elevator isn’t working and you are already really really tired and you have dinner in a bag in your hands and 6 people are waiting for you (the hunter/gatherer or worker/payer as the case may be) because it is already after 5 and you have to take B to dance class by 5:30. Did I mention you were tired? Did I mention that during that day your wife genuinely thought you had narcolepsy?

Up with dinner… down with B for dance class… back up the stairs to go home…
Is that a couch? It is a nice couch. a soft couch. and it has blankets too. nice.

What? Josh needs someone to read him a story?
