Chong-Fen has been a Christian less than one year. A few months ago, the leaders of our church prayed over her daughter who had gone many nights without good sleep due to demons harassing her. That very night, the girl slept all night. This testimony of God’s power was not lost on Chong-Fen’s unbelieving husband.

Now Chong-Fen’s father is near death. He was baptized in the hospital in recent weeks. One of our Christian sisters called today and said…

Sister Chong-Fen’s dad told the family, “I am ready to die. I am not scared at all. I have peace because I know God. I am ready to give everything over to Him.”

Praise God for his faith. We’ve been asked to pray (and to share with you) about the following things:

1. That other family members would come to know Jesus.
2. That they would feel and know peace.
3. That they would obey God and no longer be bound by empty traditions.
