Bulldogs & Heralds

Hello to the students at Truman State University (the Bulldogs) and Central Christian College of the Bible (the Heralds)!

We are spending about 1 week in Kirksville and Moberly seeing friends and co-workers and former interns and others who have been to Taiwan. We are also making lots of new contacts and are thrilled with how God is leading people to come to Taiwan. As I’ve mentioned before… we are 3-5 years away from needing LOTS of missionaries to help with the outreach of the new churches that our Taiwanese brothers and sisters will be planting. It is a good time for these students to be thinking about summer 2007 trips and maybe even full time work in Taiwan.

We shared in 3 classes at CCCB today and it was awesome to split the teaching time with Adam E who is studying in China. The students had a great opportunity to learn about a wide variety of options for serving Chinese speaking peoples.

If you are one of the students you might like to check out this series of blog posts about my favorite church planting resources. It will give you an even better idea of the way we feel God leading us as we establish new churches in Taiwan.
