… of Calamine lotion…

Yup… I got POISON IVY while working in my mom and dad’s yard the other day. Maybe poison oak. I’m not sure… I never saw either one… or I probably wouldn’t have this rash right now, duh.

Anyway… I washed with Tecnu to get rid of the allergen. Now I’m washing the area with water as hot as I can possibly bear it… applying the cool new CLEAR calamine lotion… and taking some benadryl and extra Vitamin C.

But… despite the rash… I’m glad to have the opportunity to work in the yard… mowing, trimming, trimming bushes, pulling weeds, cutting limbs, etc. Being outdoors is awesome.
