Kim Haines was a nanny for our team (in Taiwan) a few years ago. She was awesome in Taiwan. She has since spent some time in North Africa and at Team Expansion’s home office in Louisville, KY.
She is now seeing a dream come true as she is heading out to Africa again… this time to Uganda to teach at a Mission School in Mbale. Here’s what Kim reported about the school:
Mbale Mission School was developed by the Mbale Mission Team to ensure that their children receive the best education possible. The school does not merely serve the team families, but several expatriate families from the community benefit as well. This year, there will be about twenty students in the school, ranging in age from three to fifteen years old. During the past year, the school consisted of five families, with students from the USA, Uganda, Great Britain, and Germany. Talk about an international flair!
Now Kim is on the web… here’s a link to her blog… and I’d like you to pray for her and check out her blog from time to time. I’ll add it to my blogroll.
