Back in about 1995… I spent some time working at the campus ministry called Koinonia at Missouri Southern State College (now Missouri Southern State University). One of the students was Laura… she married Seth Wolfshorndl and they just emailed us to let us know that they are in the process of adopting a baby from The Home of God’s Love here in Taiwan.
As they shared which baby it was… Angie and I realized that we held that baby on Thanksgiving Day… the day Seth and Laura found out she would be their daughter! But we didn’t know she was theirs at the time!
We rejoice with them and look forward to reading the blog they just started that will chronicle their journey to get their daughter…
Congrats to Seth and Laura and baby Grace!

Man, you guys have quite the propensity for this “holding babies of people you know before they get to.”
