One thing I like about living in the city is that you always run into interesting art exhibitions as you are out and about. A few weeks ago when the group of encouragers from Journey’s Crossing were here we took them to the top of Taipei 101 on their first day so they could start to get an idea of the size and layout of the city.
Besides the artistic marvel that is Taipei 101… We discovered a nice exhibition at the top. The artist is Wu Ching and he sculpts out of pure gold. His creations are primarily based on nature and philosophy. One piece was about 2 meters long and incorporated several hundred golden ants crawling all over golden vines and other objects… the work is really quite amazing.
