You know I like to pass along technology related tools that I think might be helpful… here’s another one.

I don’t know what the name means, but you can go to that website… upload some files… and convert them to several different file types. Since it is done through a web browser (and the the link to the converted file is emailed to you) it will work with any operating system.

I tried a DOC to PDF and the Chinese characters didn’t make it… but the English text was perfect. Then I tried a WAV to WMA and the quality was fine and it was a smaller file size than the converter that I have on my computer to do that.

I certainly wouldn’t use it to convert any sensitive information at this time… as I’m not sure what they do with the files you up to them… but it’s pretty cool and seems to work well.
