A little plug for campus ministry here: Some of the first gospel seeds were planted in Sarah (one of our Taiwanese sisters) while she was studying in the States. Jessie, who came to church last week, was taken in by believers while she was studying in the States and now is thirsty to learn more about Jesus. A least two from the Yung Ho church accepted the Lord while in college in the States. Campus ministry rocks! But don’t leave the job to them alone. You see them at Wal-Mart, at Chinese Restaurants, and various other places. Reach out to them with Jesus’ love. Many of them are lonely and searching. Don’t be shy! Invite them over. Bring them to church with you. Take them shopping or give them a ride to the library, the airport. Pray for them. Write a support check to a campus ministry (we’re partial to CCF at Truman State University in Kirksville–Joe Belzer campus minister, Keevin and Stephanie McGlumphry International student ministers.) You get the picture! You don’t have to be overseas to reach the world for Christ.
