Team Expansion Taiwan Summit

January 25th, 2007 · 1 Comment

On January 25th, Angie and I will meet together with all the other Team Expansion missionaries on the island for a time of prayer, planning, and teaching. Chuck Foreman is our “Field Coordinator” and he’ll be flying in to share with us on the topic… “A New Paradigm for Missions in Taiwan”, or “Please Don’t Do What I Did”.

As you can see… Chuck has a sense of humor. We look forward to our meeting and pray for safe travels all around… some by plane… some by bus… some by car… some by scooter… probably not a train… although John Dunn could come up on the High Speed Rail.

We hope to have these meeting every few months and I couldn’t be happier about it. We have a wonderful group of “extended” teammates here… all over the island and God is sending more workers here. Come one come all! Taiwan is awesome!

UPDATE:
The meeting was awesome. As I said before… we have great teammates on this island and Taiwan is a great place to live. If you are thinking about missions… why don’t you get in touch with us and we’ll help get you over here for a look around. As don furnaloni says in the comments… yes… there was MUCH Kool-Aid passed around. If you want a sip… you could start by clicking THIS LINK and especially read THIS PART.
