Ryan Jackson Bartlett was born at 5:07PM on March 7th.
His parents are Lance & Shelby and his brother is Luke and his sister is Madyson.
Lance recently received a big award for his work at Offutt Air Force Base and was to go to a ceremony in Louisiana on this day… but fortunately didn’t have to go and was able to be present at the birth.
