Yeah… I’m from Omaha. Actually Bellevue, but we are on friendly terms with Omaha so I can say I’m from Omaha and it will be O.K. with both cities.
I watched American Idol last season… and that’s a mistake I’ll definitely never make again… but when I saw that the latest show was Omaha auditions… I had to watch.
I correctly assumed that American Idol would:
- overemphasize the “corn factor”
- find some majorly embarrassing Nebraskans (and surrounding states)
- find some real talent because the Midwest rocks harder than most people think!
