I’ve never been an exercise junkie… but I’ve always preferred to be outside and playing sports.

I climbed 122 flights of stairs tonight… the 101 climb is only 91…
piece of cake!
probably not… but I feel like I’ll be able to make it!
The climb is only 3 days away… I might do 60-80 tomorrow and 40 or so on Friday and I think I’ll be ready to go on Saturday AM.

Of course, I haven’t seen them all… and especially not many the last few years while I’ve been in Taiwan, but this one is probably the best I’ve seen that I can recall right now. Have you seen some other good ones? Leave comments and links to them if you find them online.
